I have recently become fully aware of my high light sensitivity as the cause of the symptoms I had been suffering. In 2008 (at age 35) I started having severe problems of general fatigue, headaches, dry sensation in the eyes and tension around them. Since then the problem persisted and was particularly acute in winters. As my doctors couldn’t help I started looking for causes and solutions myself. Over a period of five years light sensitivity finally crystalized as the root cause. Since then I have tried several solutions, more or less successfully.

I put forth Glarminy because I haven’t been able to find a site that deals with light sensitivity and related problems extensively – if you know of one, please, do let me know! Hopefully Glarminy will become a community of those who need to have the glare that enters their eyes minimized, i.e. Glarmins. Let’s help each other improve our lives by sharing our experiences!
